1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Singapore.
– This does not apply to nationals of Singapore.

They must have an approval letter from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

– This does not apply to passengers with a Student’s Pass (STP) or a Student’s Pass In-Principle Approval (STP IPA). They must have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) or the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

– This does not apply to passengers with an approval letter from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Health (MOH), or Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI).

– This does not apply to passengers with an Air Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore if they:
– Have stayed in Australia (excluding Victoria State), Brunei Darussalam, New Zealand or Viet Nam in the last 14 days before departure; and
– Have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor
– Have a mobile device with the TraceTogether app downloaded, unless they are aged 12 years old or younger in that calendar year and travelling with a parent or guardian, or those who are unable to use a mobile device due to a certified disability and/or special need.
