– This does not apply to passengers with an Air Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore if they:
– Have stayed in Australia (excluding Victoria State), Brunei Darussalam, New Zealand or Viet Nam in the last 14 days before departure; and
– Have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor
– Have a mobile device with the TraceTogether app downloaded, unless they are aged 12 years old or younger in that calendar year and travelling with a parent or guardian, or those who are unable to use a mobile device due to a certified disability and/or special need.

– This does not apply to residents of Brunei Darussalam if they:
– Have a valid SafeTravel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-Brunei Reciprocal Green Lane; and
– Have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor); and
– Have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result, taken within 72 hours before departure; and
– Stayed in Brunei Darussalam in the last 14 days before departure; and
– Have a return ticket or proof of other transportation arrangements to depart from Singapore.

– This does not apply to residents of China (People’s Rep.) if they:
– Have a valid Safe Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-China Fast Lane; and
– Have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor); and
– Have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result, taken within 72 hours before departure; and
– Stayed in Chongqing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Tianjin, or Zhejiang in the last 7 days before departure; and
– Have a return ticket or proof of other transportation arrangements to depart from Singapore.

– This does not apply to residents of Japan if they:
– Depart from Haneda International Airport (HND), Narita International Airport (NRT), or Kansai International Airport (KIX); and
– Have a valid SafeTravel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-Japan Reciprocal Green Lane; and
– Have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor); and
– Have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result, taken within 72 hours before departure; and
– Stayed in Japan in the last 14 days before departure; and
– Have a return ticket or proof of other transportation arrangements to depart from Singapore.

– This does not apply to residents of Korea (Rep.) if they:
– Depart from Incheon International Airport (ICN); and
– Have a valid SafeTravel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-ROK Fast Lane; and
– Have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor); and
– Have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result, taken within 72 hours before departure; and
– Stayed in Korea (Rep.) in the last 14 days before departure; and
– Have a return ticket or proof of other transportation arrangements to depart from Singapore.

– This does not apply to residents of Malaysia if they:
– Have a valid SafeTravel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-Malaysia Reciprocal Green Lane; and
– Have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor); and
– Have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result, taken within 72 hours before departure; and
– Have stayed in Malaysia in the last 14 days before departure.

– This does not apply to returning passengers with a Work Pass, Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, or Long-Term Visit Pass who have a Entry Travel Pass issued by the Brunei authorities under the Singapore-Brunei Reciprocal Green Lane, an invitation letter issued by the Chinese authorities under the Singapore-China Fast Lane, an approval letter issued by the Embassy of Japan under the Singapore-Japan Reciprocal Green Lane, an approval letter issued by the Korea (Rep.) Embassy in Singapore under the Singapore-ROK Fast Lane, or a MyTravelPass approval letter issued by the Malaysian authorities under the Singapore-Malaysia Reciprocal Green Lane. They do not require an approval letter from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), or Ministry of Education (MOE).

2. Passengers who have been to India within the past 14 days before entry into Singapore must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result, taken within 72 hours before departure from India. Please refer to [https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19/faqs]

– This does not apply to passengers aged 12 or below;
– This does not apply to nationals of Singapore;
– This does not apply to permanent residents of Singapore.

3. Passengers are not allowed to transit Singapore.
– This does not apply when traveling on airlines with transfer routes approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Passengers must check with airlines if they have the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS)’s approval, before purchasing tickets.
