4. Khusus untuk seluruh short-term visitors (pengunjung bebas visa 30 hari) yang merupakan warga negara anggota ASEAN diwajibkan untuk menyerahkan informasi kesehatan kepada Kedutaan Besar Republik Singapura di negara tempat pengunjung itu bermukim sebelum melakukan perjalanan ke Singapura, untuk kemudian memperoleh persetujuan dari Kementerian Kesehatan Singapura.
Apabila disetujui, persetujuan itu akan diverifikasi oleh petugas Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Singapura di pintu-pintu masuk Singapura. Pengunjung bebas visa 30 hari yang tidak memiliki bukti persetujuan informasi kesehatan dimaksud, tidak akan diizinkan untuk memasuki maupun transit di wilayah Singapura.

They must have an approval letter from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
– This does not apply to passengers with a Student’s Pass (STP) or a Student’s Pass In-Principle Approval (STP IPA). They must have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) or the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
